Vanessa brings more than twenty years of developing high-level strategy and big-picture solutions to nonprofits and corporations. She is active in the community chairing event planning committees and volunteering to coach nonprofit leaders. Her passion for helping organizations grow and creating opportunities for others to tell their story guide her leadership style.
Nitai Joseph, MSc.
Nitai has worked in the nonprofit sector for many years and has dedicated himself studying the issue of interpersonal abuse. Nitai recently completed his master’s degree in psychology with a focus on coercion and complex trauma from the University of Salford in Manchester, U.K.
While passionate about addressing abuses of influence and power, Nitai also believes in promoting positive influence and healthy organizational cultures.
Seeda Henderson Williams
Intern – Sondheim Nonprofit Leadership Program
Seeda is a rising junior at Towson University where she majors in psychology with minors in public health and English. She is a native of Maryland who hopes to attain joint JD and Master of Social Work degrees, ultimately qualifying to be an advocate for foster youth as they navigate the legal system. More than anything, Seeda hopes to continue maturing in her passion and dedication of service to others.
