Norm Long
President
Norm is CEO at Havtech, a manufacturers’ representative for commercial heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment, a company he’s been instrumental in growing for the past 25 years. Norm served in the Air Force, achieving the rank of captain before being honorably discharged and transitioning into civilian work in engineering.
Norm and his wife Denise currently live in Ellicott City and have 3 adult children who are all proud alumni of the University of Maryland.

Pam Piro
Vice President
Bringing over 18 years of industry experience, Pam is currently the President / CEO at Unitec – The Car Wash Starts Here, which specializes in manufacturing and servicing automatic payment stations for unattended car washes. Pam is a leader in her industry serving with both the Mid-Atlantic Car Wash Association and the International Car Wash Association.
Pam is active in her community serving on the Board of Advisors at the Brown School of Leadership & Business | Stevenson University and as a board member with the Oncology Foundation of Maryland | DC. She and her husband Bob enjoy spending time with their grandson; they currently live in West Friendship.

David Schriver, CPA
Treasurer
David is a Director in the Audit, Accounting and Consulting Department at Ellin & Tucker, a top-10 mid-Atlantic public accounting and business consulting firm. Over his 20+ years providing these services to privately owned businesses, he has gained expertise in the Construction, Manufacturing, Education and Private Equity industries.
He is active in his community, serving as a trustee at The Montessori School of Westminster and as a board member with Dyslexia Tutoring Program. David lives in Reisterstown with his wife Christine, and two children.

Renee Ausherman
Secretary
Renee has retired from a successful accounting career including her role as CFO of Ausherman Development Corporation. In retirement, she has had more time to focus on both her family, and the Ausherman Family Foundation, where she is a member of the Executive Committee as well as the General Grants, Focus Grants, and Finance Committees.
Renee is dedicated to her three children, two stepchildren, and their families. She and her husband Marvin are active and engaged in the Frederick community.

Jeffrey Bathurst
Jeff is the Director of Technology Services at the advisory and accounting firm, SC&H Group. Passionate about technology and organizational success, Jeff has brought his expertise to Cisco, Dell, the University of Maryland, and many others over the course of his career.
Jeff lives in Ruxton with his wife Johanna and their daughter. When not working or spending time with his family, Jeff is often giving back to communities, especially via his volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity

Medley DeLeonibus
Medley works as a Business Development Executive at Kaiser Permanente. She brings her years of Maryland business development experience and her dedication to giving back to No More Stolen Childhoods.
Medley is active in the local community, serving as a coach for Special Olympics Maryland and serving on the GIVE Advisory Board for Business Volunteers Maryland. She and her husband David reside in Baltimore County with their two children.

Pam Gillin
Pam is a registered nurse, serving as a SAFE (Sexual Assault Forensic Examination) nurse at GBMC which provides specialized care to victims of rape, sexual assault and partner violence. She is also a Faculty member with APUS (American Public University System) teaching in a number of key areas including Caring for Today’s Veterans and Pathophysiology and Clinical Pharmacology.
She is active in the community, volunteering at the McDonogh School and serving as an advisor for the Karma for Cara Foundation. Pam lives in Reisterstown with her husband John and their three children.

Michael Fitz-Patrick
Immediate Past President
Michael has been in the financial services industry since 2000 and is currently a portfolio manager with Merrill Lynch. His focus is on portfolio construction, goal based analysis and retirement planning.
Michael lives in Hunt Valley with his wife Mary Beth and their 4 children. He was formerly a member of the Investment Committee at St. James Academy and remains active in the community coaching sports and volunteering with his kid’s schools.

Gene Molkau
Vice President, M&T Bank
Gene Molkau, the most recent addition to our Board, resides in Westminster, MD and works as a Branch Vice President and Sr. Relationship Manager for M&T Bank, where he has been for nearly 20 years. He has one adult daughter, and in addition to supporting child abuse prevention, he serves on the Board of St. Elizabeth School. Being a lover of travel, hiking, and biking, Gene also volunteers as bike patrol for the National Park Service.
